HEALTHY LOW CARB SNICKERS BREAKFAST SHAKE

I have been enjoying this very low carb and protein packed breakfast shake for nicely...breakfast, together with my post-workout drink recently. I used that I have protein bar or a protein brownie rather than the shake. Times have changed.
My old blender was functioning nicely. It's lasted me a quantity of time with it being used. As time moved on, the fruit required along with the nuts never left the position that was smooth. It was time.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (32-34 g )
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp grated peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon crushed peanuts
- 1 teaspoon avocado chocolate sauce or chocolate sauce of alternative
- 1 teaspoon caramel sauce of option that I utilized a Simple paleo version
- 1 serving whipped topping of option that I used homemade popcorn coconut lotion
INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert your milk of selection. Pour into a glass before drizzling with chocolate, caramel and crushed peanuts and top with whipped topping.
NOTES
* May substitute for any nut butter or re - But it will not be satisfying/filling.
