Once we can eat ice cream and brownies, posting things such as cauliflower rice. However, before you move off, hear me. I am seriously interested in this eating item that is healthful when you're still on the fence.
And Steak rice isn't the amazing, hippie thing it is made out to be. It may taste great! Like really great, even to all you who hate cauliflower. We aren't talking dull, cauliflower that is bizarre taste . This cauliflower rice is currently exploding ! I am garlic and a large food individual ! When you include tomatoes and jalapenos and cumin and onions and bell peppers and a great deal of coriander, then you still have a winner!

Cauliflower rice is best served immediately. Cauliflower rice that is stored may turn smelly and may taste somewhat weird. Plus it just takes 15 minutes to put together!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder (or red chilli powder)
- 1 tbsp chopped Coriander (or Cilantro)
- More cilantro, sliced avocados, jalapenos, lime juice for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add cauliflower florets into a food processor or chopper and pulse until the cauliflower resembles little pieces (such as rice). Be certain not to move all of the way or it may turn. See picture.
- Heat oil in a bowl and add garlic, onions and jalapenos. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add tomatoes, cumin powder, paprika powder and salt into the pan. Cook for several minutes until they soften. Add cauliflower rice and the bell peppers and blend well. Until it is tender stir fry the cauliflower.
- Shirt with your favorite topping and serve hot.
