- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Optional components:

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Microwave Mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl until tender, about 40 minutes.
- Add eggwhites, Almond flour, remaining spices and ingredients and stir and blend well with spatula to a dough ball.
- Optional - you can move right off but for best results - let the mixture cool or suspend it for Half an Hour or the dough could be tacky
- Split the dough into 6 components. Form a log by rolling together with your palms, with every piece, then push on the ends together to make a shape. It is possible to use if you've got it, the bagel/donut pan. I didn't have the panso forming the dough and rolling functions just fine. (see picture below)

- I also have seen those with protein powder, rather than Almond flour has been baked by individuals.
