Creamy Garlic Shrimp is a deliciously Shrimp Recipe! Coated in a buttery and rustic sauce people will believe there's a chef in your kitchen! Ingredients you already have on your fridge!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb (500 g ) shrimp, tails off or on
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wineor chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
Directions
- Heat oil a skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with pepper and salt and simmer until pink and cooked . Transfer into a bowl; place.
- Melt the butter in precisely the skillet. Sauté garlic till aromatic (about 30 minutes ). Whilst scraping any bits off pour in the wine or broth; let to reduce half.
- Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add the cream and bring to a simmer, while stirring. Season with pepper and salt to your preference.
- Add the parmesan cheese and permit sauce to simmer for a minute or until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Insert the fish back in the pan, then scatter. If necessary Scrub test sauce and adjust salt and pepper.
- Serve over rice, pasta or steamed veg.
Recipe Notes
- Use a dry white wine like chardonnay or a griot.
- White wine left out or may be substituted for chicken broth. The flavour from the sauce is going to be changed.
- I use low fat cream (or light cream) with this recipe. Substitute with half and half if you desire, being careful to not bring the sauce to a boil or it might curdle. You might use milk.
- Cream or heavy may be used and won't require thickening with cornstarch.
