Low Carb Mini Cheesecakes


So the one thing I've been craving lately is... cheesecake. But cheesecake is the best when you are looking great. I chose to experiment. I have decided it is just too good to not share, although these low mini cheesecakes were among those recipes that I gave to readers.



The recipe makes 5 low-carb mini cheesecakes, which is ideal for only a random dessert throughout the week, but you may easily double it and deliver it into a party or get together. It is a brand new recipe for us, however that I am considering creating it for Fourth of July and Thanksgiving, that way we've got some decrease calorie (but nevertheless equally tasty ) choices in the dessert table this season.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Cool Whip
  2. 1 cup smashed honey graham crackers

Directions

  1. Beat all ingredients till smooth.
  2. Twist each cup with 1/8 cup graham cracker crumbs, a few spoonfuls of cheesecake mix, strawberries, more cheesecake mix and top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Refrigerate for two hours and love.
  4. Notes Additionally, graham crackers weren't included by a version of the recipe. I upgraded images and the recipe to add them because we like it. If you would like, you may leave them out and have a carbohydrate count.
