LOW CARB EGG MUFFINS


Low Carb Egg Muffin create a breakfast meal that is healthful. Filled to provide you with energy for mornings.

Divide equally among muffin cups (approximately 1/2 -- 2/3 cups complete ) and scatter with any extra toppings




I enjoy because they are certain to pop out without sticking liner my muffin tin.

Egg Muffin Cups

Egg Muffin Cups would be the simple breakfast for on the move. On top of that, they're suitable for weekend, weekends or vacation brunch and also packed with protein!

Ingredients

  1. 10 large eggs
  2. 1 - 1 1/2 tsp sea salt or to taste
  3. 1/4 - 1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  5. 1 1/2 cups broccoli and sliced (or frozen and thawed)
  6. 2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese and more
  7. Buffalo Chicken
  8. 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  9. 1 cup sliced cooked or rotisserie chicken
  10. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  11. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard or Dijon Mustard discretionary
  13. 2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese and more
  14. 3/4 cup deli or cooked ham
  15. Kimchi
  16. Jalapeño Popper
  17. 3-4 Jalapeño peppers de-seeded and sliced, and round pieces for topping (if desired)
  18. Mushroom, Spinach and Pepper
  19. 1/4 tsp chili powder to taste
  20. 1 cup sliced mushrooms white button or cremini
  21. Spinach and Cheese
  22. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  23. 1/2 tsp dried basil
  24. 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese and more for topping
  25. Sun-Dried Tomato, Spinach and Parmesan
  26. 1/3 cup 1/2 sun dried tomatoes soaked in very hot water till tender and sliced (discard soaking water)
  27. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese and more for topping
  28. Tomato, Parmesan and Spinach
  29. 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  30. 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and more
Directions

  1. Put aside.
  2. In a large 4 cup measuring cup or mixing jar crack and garnish with salt and black pepper.
  3. Broccoli and Cheddar
  4. Whisk in garlic powder and simmer until blended. Stir in cheddar and broccoli.
  5. If desired sprinkle with cheddar.
  6. Buffalo Chicken
  7. Whisk until blended in powder sauce and garlic powder.
  8. Use a spoon to evenly spread chicken to muffin cups (approximately 2-3 tbsp each). If desired serve with a spoonful of sauce.
  9. Ham and Cheddar
  10. Whisk in onion powder and garlic powder until blended.
  11. Top with cheese and ham if desired.
  12. Kimchi
  13. Whisk until blended in oil. Stir in kimchi, bacon and cheese (if using).
  14. Top with bacon & more kimchi if desired.
  15. Jalapeño Popper
  16. Whisk in cream cheese, onion powder and garlic powder until blended. Stir in cheddar cheese, sliced bacon and jalapeño.
  17. If desired, Put 1 round jalapeño slit at the top in each muffin cup.
  18. Mushroom, Spinach and Green Pepper
  19. Whisk till blended in seasoning. Stir in mushrooms, peppers and lettuce (Insert sausage when using). Split into muffin cups filling each about 2/3 total.
  20. Spinach and Cheese
  21. Whisk in garlic powder and ginger till blended. Stir in cheese and spinach. Split into muffin cups filling each about 2/3 total.
  22. If desired sprinkle with cheese.
  23. Sun-Dried Tomato, Spinach and Parmesan
  24. Stir in spinach, tomatoes, cheese and basil. Split into muffin cups filling each about 2/3 total.
  25. If desired sprinkle with cheese.
  26. Tomato, Cheese & Spinach
  27. Whisk until blended in garlic powder and seasonings. Stir in cheese, spinach and tomatoes. Split into muffin cups filling each about 2/3 total.
  28. If desired sprinkle with cheese.
