Healthy Reese's Freezer Fudge
This melt-in-your-mouth, LOW CARB Freezer Fudge includes all of the deliciousness of a Reese's peanut butter cup, but not one of the sugar or crap. .
These delectable small snacks require only MINUTES to gather. Greater than 10 minutes from begin to finish. Who really wants to spend hours?
Only melt together a couple of ingredients -- mostly unsweetened chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil on your stovetop. (A microwave Isn't Suggested for This Kind of chocolate because it tends to seize/harden/get amazing )
Melt in your mouth peanut butter fudge. Each of Reese's' deliciousness, with no extra sugar!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (only salt & peanuts ) + 1 Tbs for swirling
- 1 1/2 ounce 100 percent cacao (unsweetened) chocolate bar chopped *view notes for sub-par
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a small saucepan with a couple of inches of water.
- Put chocolate in a glass jar on top of the boiling water and let it set for about a minute to meltdown.
- Reduce the temp into a moderate boil. Until all of the chocolate is melted, stir continuously.
- Turn down the heat very low and add the peanut butter, coconut oil, salt and stevia. Stir until smooth. Taste and correct for saltiness & sweetness.
- Pour into silicone molds or a 5x5 dish lined with parchment overhanging the sides (for simple removal). Swirl a few spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the top. Slice and Revel in!

Baker's Chocolate, unsweetened
Virgin Coconut Oil
Sweet Leaf Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops
Keep Frozen and closely wrapped. Melts if set out for a long time at room temp.
To get a company bite, eat directly from the freezer. For a milder feel that is fudge, allow to sit at room temp for a moment.
