INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 tablespoons Butter (split into two tablespoons and 1 tablespoon )
  2. Sea salt
  3. Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil paper.
  2. In a large bowltoss the cauliflower florets with the butter together. Season with pepper and sea salt.
  3. The cauliflower florets on the baking sheet. Roast until crisp-tender, for approximately 10-15 minutes.
