Low-Carb Big Macs







INGREDIENTS

FOR THE SAUCE

  1. 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  2. 2 tablespoons. Yellow mustard
  3. 1 tablespoon. ketchup
  4. 1 tablespoon. pickle relish
  5. 2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
  6. 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  7. 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  8. 1/4 tsp. paprika
  9. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt

FOR THE BURGER

  1. 1 pounds. Ground beef
  2. Kosher salt
  3. 2 tablespoons. Butter
  4. 12 lettuce leaves
  5. Sliced tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauce: In a medium bowlwhisk mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt together.
  2. Hamburgers: Form ground beef into 4 patties; year both sides with pepper and salt. In a large skillet medium-high heat, melt butter. Add patties and cook until hamburgers are seared at the ground. Flip burgers and cook until cooked to your liking (approximately 4 minutes for medium), including cheese during the final minute of cooking.
  3. Burgers: Put cheeseburgers along with two lettuce leaves every and garnish with sauce that is . Top each burger with another bit of lettuce along with a slice of tomato.
