Low-Carb Big Macs
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons. Yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon. ketchup
- 1 tablespoon. pickle relish
- 2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
FOR THE BURGER
- 1 pounds. Ground beef
- Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons. Butter
- 12 lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
- Sauce: In a medium bowlwhisk mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt together.
- Hamburgers: Form ground beef into 4 patties; year both sides with pepper and salt. In a large skillet medium-high heat, melt butter. Add patties and cook until hamburgers are seared at the ground. Flip burgers and cook until cooked to your liking (approximately 4 minutes for medium), including cheese during the final minute of cooking.
- Burgers: Put cheeseburgers along with two lettuce leaves every and garnish with sauce that is . Top each burger with another bit of lettuce along with a slice of tomato.
