BACON CHEESEBURGER LOW CARB MEATLOAF


Among my family's favourite go-to foods is meatloaf, particularly if it's loaded up with cheese and other snacks (like bacon).

But as I've been around my keto trip I discovered that although it seems simple to just eliminate carbohydrates they occasionally hide on your favourite dishes.

Bacon Cheeseburger Low Carb Meatloaf is not your mama's meatloaf! Packed with taste -- but minus the carbohydrates!

Ingredients

  1. 1 pounds. Ground beef
  2. 1/2 cup bacon bits
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 teaspoon. Ground black pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon. Onion flakes
  6. 1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Blend all your ingredients in a big bowl, be certain that you mix them up nicely, the secret to getting your meatloaf grip together is great binders but also getting them blended through your ground beef.
  3. Fill muffin tin cups with a wonderful rounded top, sprinkle with extra shredded cheddar cheese if you prefer. Though I do worry about parts we enjoy our meatloaf in such muffin shapes since they're simple to consume and to function!
  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes then remove from muffin cup and permit excess grease to drain off.
