HEALTHY 1 MINUTE LOW CARB BROWNIE


A moist, gooey and fluffy chocolate brownie prepared in under 1 minute and totally low carb too! Made with grains, oil, no butter or sugar, this mug brownie that is healthful contains a oven choice that is tested and is paleo gluten free, sugar free, keto very low calorie free!

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 tablespoon coconut milk can substitute for gluten free oat flour
  2. 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener Optional- I utilized a stevia mix
  3. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  4. 1 egg white OR entire egg
  5. 1 tablespoon chocolate balls of selection Optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients and blend well. Insert your egg white, milk of chocolate and selection chunks and blend until a thick batter is formed. If the mix is too thick (it will almost certainly be), keep to include milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until a thick batter stays.
  2. When using a microwave, microwave at 30-second periods until desired texture is achieved (I typically find the best texture in 55 seconds). When using an oven, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes, or until a skewer comes out'simply clean' in the middle.
NOTES

  1. To maintain it vegan, omit fully - you will want to add an excess tablespoon of non-dairy milk to compensate.
  2. Based on the protein powder and coconut milk you use, you might want more. Adjust accordingly.
