Keto Gumbo (Slow Cooker, THM:S, Low Carb, Paleo, Ketogenic, Whole30)

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 pounds Chicken Thighs, boneless and skinless (I used the ones from my ButcherBox)
  2. 1 pound frozen Shrimp, deveined, no tails
  3. 1 pound Sausage, cut into rounds
  4. 2 Celery Stalks
  5. 6 oz Tomato Paste
  6. 15 oz Diced Tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients. Stir and blend well.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  3. Prior to serving Insert the fish 20 minu
