INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground sausage (you might also sub with ground turkey, ground beef etc.. )
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 8 ounces. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
DIRECTIONS
- Cook ground sausage using chopped onion into a skillet over moderate heat is cooked and refrigerated through. Don't drain.
- Stir in soy sauce, and ginger, garlic.
- Add mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and simmer for several minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in oil, and top with onions.
