Egg Roll in a Bowl (Easy Low Carb Recipe Idea)

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 lb ground sausage (you might also sub with ground turkey, ground beef etc.. )
  2. 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  3. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  4. 8 ounces. mushrooms, sliced
  5. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  6. 1/4 cup sliced green onion

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook ground sausage using chopped onion into a skillet over moderate heat is cooked and refrigerated through. Don't drain.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, and ginger, garlic.
  3. Add mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and simmer for several minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in oil, and top with onions.
