- 4 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
- 1 medium head Cauliflower (riced; approximately 4 cups)
- 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 3/4 moderate head Cabbage (chopped/shredded; approximately 6 cups)
- 3 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded; discretionary - recipe to get paleo, dairy-free or entire 30)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Add the garlic and cook up to a minute, until aromatic.
