Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Dump all ingredients, except butter and blend on high for several seconds until the components are integrated into the batter.
- Once oven is heated, then place butter in a 9" x 12" cake pan and then put with just the butter .
- Melt the butter for 3-5 minutes until the butter is wrapped at the pan's base. Remove from oven.
- Pour lightly and return to oven.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, until pancake is puffed and golden.
- Cut the pancake after baking and then function.
