Spring is on the horizon and that I am excited about breaking flip flops and the t-shirts! We began around Christmas time and we're still going strong. It can be done and we do have a cheat day once a week although eating low carb is simple.




Each weekend, I really like looking for a variety of low carb Keto recipes in Pinterest. There are numerous it is sometimes difficult to select. I enjoy integrating noodles and really like veggies. When it is a light lunch, side or a meatless dinner dish. I have zucchini from the refrigerator but occasionally I want something FAST.

Low carb Keto Alfredo Zoodles are a low carb Keto meal that is tasty and simple!

PREP TIME : 10 minutes

COOK TIME : 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME : 20 minutes

Ingredients

  1. Green Giant Zucchini Spirals
  2. 2 tablespoons. Butter
  3. 2 tsp. minced garlic
  4. Pepper & salt to taste

Directions

  1. Add the cream, minced garlic and butter.
  2. Every couple of minutes, stirring.
  3. When the mix is warmed (not boiling) add the Parmesan cheese, stirring frequently.
  4. When the alfredo is not as thick as you'd like include more cheese just a bit of a time until the mixture thickens.
