Keto 7-Layer Bars (THM:S, Ketogenic, Low Carb)


I'd really like to tell you that ingesting Keto and Trim Healthy Mama has totally shifted my preferences and I do not even want sugar , but that would not be accurate. I've an sweet tooth, so over the decades I have gotten creative with creating recipes that are new to mimick a few of my sugar-laden favorites.



Magic Cookie Bars have been something that I was able to create with my aunt for particular events. They had been a classic Betty Crocker Recipe that included topping it with chocolate and butterscotch chips, pecans, and coconut, beginning with a graham cracker crust, drizzling sweetened condensed milk over the entire item and coconut it. Everything turned into a dessert which I dreamed of and thrown.

Here Is What you will need:

For Your Cracker Base:

  1. Two T Grass-Fed Salted Butter, melted
  2. 1/2 cup Steak
  3. 1 teaspoon Caramel Extract
  4. 2 cups Lily's Chocolate Chips
  5. 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  6. 1 cup Shredded Coconut


Instructions:

First, create the Crackers:


  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Whisk together almond Flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Beat the egg and stir in together with butter.
  3. Turn out the dough on a big piece of parchment paper or silicone baking mat, then tap into a rough square, then put the other piece of parchment paper on top. Roll out before it creates a square 1/8″ thick. Eliminate.
  4. Set the parchment onto a large skillet and bake for 35 minutes till they begin to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. To Build the Bars:
  6. Increase oven temp to 375.


Create the caramel sauce:

  1. Melt the 1/2 cup butter in a medium saucepan over moderate heat, then put Swerve and whisk until well blended. Boil for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture starts to darken in colour. Remove from the heat and whisk in vanilla extract, and the cream.
  2. The sauce will bubble , but blend it and it'll settle down.
  3. Have the cooked cracker foundation off the parchment paper and then transfer it to a square pan. You might need to break a few of the advantages.
  4. Top the chilled cracker foundation with 1/2 of this caramel sauce.
  5. Subsequently, layer on the Chocolate chips, pecans, and coconutoil. Drizzle another half of the sauce on top.
  6. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
  7. I love to cut them into square while they are still hot, but you may also wait till they're chilled to reduce them.
  8. To reduce these bars: since they are Keto and distinct than your average magic cookie bars, cutting requires just a small bit of finesse. Do not let this frighten you believed! Take the pubs and then cut them using a chef for quite, also cuts.
