THE BEST KETO MEATLOAF MUFFINS
All these Keto Meatloaf Muffins are essentially portioned carb meatloafs. Theses savory bombs are ground topped with a low-carb ketchup, and beef as a low-carb meatloaf binder with pork rinds!
Because I was a child meatloaf was a dinner recipe of mine. I have discovered a ketchup and a meatloaf snowball option for Panko breadcrumbs which are Keto Diet, although I have not had meatloaf since meatloaf is not meatloaf with no breadcrumbs or ketchup since beginning my Keto Diet Menu.
THE Finest KETO MEATLOAF MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine egg, chopped onion, ground beef, pork panko, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt and knead until well blended.
